What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we only accept credit/debit payment methods. Wash purchases will be done after your desired wash has been completed to your satisfaction.

Is "rinse-free" washing safe for my car?

It absolutely is! Our premium products in addition to specific procedures have made us experts in the art of low-water, rinse-free detailing that is sure to amaze and delight while being just as safe as conventional washing.

How are your products safe for the environment?

All of our products are 100% biodegradeable made with no petroleum solvents and no listed hazardous ingredients. This means its safe for your vehicle, the environment, and the people that use them!

How much water am I actually saving compared to other car wash alternatives?

Different types of car wash alternatives use different amounts of water to clean a car. The worst option is to clean your car at home, which can use as much as 140 gallons (1,050 water bottles) of water per vehicle. Not only that, but much of the water runs off into local streams that can contaminate the environment. Washing your car at an automatic car wash is a better option than washing at home. Although actual gallons of water per vehicle varies from one to another, studies show that the average amount of water used at an automatic car wash (conveyor or in bay automatic) uses around 55 gallons (413 bottles of water) per vehicle. With Ecoshine, we only need about 1 bottle of water in order to provide a high quality wash that works just as well if not better than either of these options, making it by far the best choice to clean your car. How is Ecoshine addressing the current COVID concerns?

Ecoshine is committed to providing the best car care experience possible, and this includes the safety of both our customers and Ecoshine Pro's with every cleaning. With every cleaning, our safety procedures at minimum include: - Mandatory mask wearing for every Ecoshine Pro when in contact with customers. - New disposable gloves will be worn when working on any interior package. - Ecoshine Pro's will be taking active efforts to maintain social distancing practices. - Contactless payment options - New, clean towels will be used for every wash. - Offering multiple steaming services that kill over 99% of bacteria and germs for the interior. How does Ecoshine clean my car?

Ecoshine uses revolutionary eco-friendly, low-water products and methods that are designed to safely and effectively clean your vehicle without the typical rinsing normally needed. The result is a beautifully cleaned and shiny vehicle without all of the waste!

Where does Ecoshine clean my car?

Our rinseless method allows us to clean your vehicle anywhere, including your parking space, driveway, garage, and parking deck. Just let us know where your vehicle will be during your appointment and we will clean it where it is!

Do I need to provide power or water for the Ecoshine Pro?

Your Ecoshine Pro will have everything they need in order to professionally clean your vehicle at any location. No power or water hookup needed!

How do I pay for my Ecoshine cleaning?

Ecoshine uses a cashless, online pay system in order to maximize convenience and safety. Once you have been notified that your vehicle has been beautifully cleaned by your Ecoshine Pro and have been invited to inspect your vehicle to ensure we have exceeded your expectations, you can pay for the service by card and, if you would like, tip the Ecoshine Pro. Cash or check payments are not accepted at this time.

How am I updated during the cleaning process?

We provide multiple updates through the entire cleaning process to keep you informed during the cleaning process. At minimum, you will be notified by text when your Ecoshine Pro is on the way, when they have arrived, and when the cleaning has been professionally completed. Ecoshine uses a secure phone system where all communication by phone or text will be under the same number, no matter if you are communicating with the Ecoshine Pro or an Ecoshine team member at the office in order to keep your contact information secure.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes! Simply contact us that you would like recurring cleanings and we will set up a plan to routinely care for your vehicles

What is your cancellation policy?

We fully understand that things happen where you may need to cancel. While we currently do not have a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason that you do so no less than 24 hours in advance. We will send out a reminder email regarding your appointment at least 24 hours in advance that will allow you to reschedule or cancel during that time if needed. You can always edit, reschedule, or cancel your booking in your customer profile before the booking begins if you need to.

What happens if it is calling for rain during my booking time?

We monitor the weather constantly and will be reaching out to you prior to your appointment to determine the best option if it is calling for any type of precipitation during your appointment time. You will have the option to reschedule, cancel, or keep your appointment if you have a covered area or garage where the Ecoshine Pro can still clean your vehicle effectively.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment through your profile or through the booking confirmation email that was sent when you booked the appointment.

Can I tip my Ecoshine Pro?

Yes, you will have the option to tip your Ecoshine Pro when paying for the service after the cleaning has been professionally completed. Ecoshine Pro's keep 100% of the tips they are given.


Where should I park my car if I reserved a spot for the car care event?

In most cases, there will be a designated row where all cars to be washed will park. Look for our Ecoshine flags or an Ecoshine staff member upon arrival. There will also be parking location details when reserving your spot. Feel free to contact us anytime to help find us!

What if I need to cancel my wash reservation?

Simply let us know through our contact page and we will be happy to either reschedule or cancel your reservation. We kindly ask that you only reserve to secure a spot if you fully intend on getting your car cleaned in order to prevent a scenario that others may not be able to reserve due to last minute cancellations.
