Pro Pump Sprayer Limited 1 Year Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS

Ecoshine Car Care ("Company") extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the waterless car wash Pro Pump Sprayer ("Product") that was purchased from an authorized reseller or directly from the Company. This limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

COVERAGE

What is Covered: This limited warranty covers the replacement of the Pro Pump Sprayer if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is restricted to the replacement of the pump sprayer only.

What IS NOT COVERED:

Any warranty claims on chemicals or other products associated with the pump sprayer.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, and natural disasters.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the Product.

REPLACEMENT DETAILS

If the Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, the Company will replace the defective Product with a brand new pump sprayer. The Customer is responsible for returning the defective Product and covering any associated shipping costs. Upon validation of the warranty claim, the Company will ship a replacement pump sprayer to the Customer free of charge.

CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY CLAIM

The Product must have been registered on the Company's website within 30 days of purchase. Customers can register their Product warranty and view their warranty period and expiration timeline by logging into their account at [Ecoshine Car Care Website].

To submit a warranty claim, customers should visit ecoshinecarcare.com/claims and fill out the claim form. A customer service representative will contact them within 1-3 business days to provide further instructions on finalizing their warranty claim.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, the Customer must follow the claim process as outlined on the Company’s website and comply with the instructions provided by the customer service representative.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY BEYOND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL CUSTOMERS.

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
